At Ricardo, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Ricardo account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
